How can CARS help me with the NDIS?

The NDIS is an exciting new way of providing people living with disability the supports they need to achieve their unique goals and aspirations. As a registered NDIS provider, CARS can work with you to help you with the application process and provide a range of supports to meet your needs.

When will the NDIS be rolled out?

Across Australia, the NDIS is being rolled out progressively. The NDIS rollout in Queensland will take place from 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2019. In Brisbane, the NDIS will be rolled out as of 1 July 2018.

The Queensland Government is delivering a range of activities to help people, providers in the disability sector and the community get ready for the NDIS.

What can I do to prepare?

The most important thing is to begin thinking about your needs and goals, and the kinds of supports you want and need.
